BEGINS MARCH / APRIL 2008 EDITION. Advertisers will supply
all copies necessary for stuffers :
ie Minimum 100 copies for each issue, six ( 6 ) issues per year. All
ads should be black and white and camera ready - except stuffers which may be
color and/or double sided IF PROVIDED BY ADVERTISERS. The advertising
year is from January through December and is not pro-rated.
